I called on Sunday night and was surprised that an actual person answered the phone. Jose, one of your installers , came to my house the next day. He measured the porch and gave me a quote in 15 minutes. (A competitor said it would take 3 days to put a quote together.) Jose and a helper were back on Tuesday to install it. When you say RampNOW, you really mean "Ramp NOW"
